Invesco FTSE RAFI US 1000 ETF seeks to track the investment results (before fees and expenses) of the FTSE RAFI US 1000 Index (the “underlying index”). The fund generally will invest at least 90% of its total assets in securities that comprise the underlying index. Strictly in accordance with their guidelines and mandated procedures, the index provider compile and maintain the underlying index, which is composed of approximately 1,000 common stocks and is designed to track the performance of the largest U.S. companies based on the following four fundamental measures of firm size: book value, cash flow, sales and dividends.
